Take an hour for your mental health and emotional stamina. During these difficult times of resistance and social upheaval, we can do more and be more impactful if we take good care of ourselves.
Each month, a new technique or practice that can help you regulate your nervous system will be introduced. When the nervous system is regulated, we have more clarity and stamina. When we have regular practices that keep us regulated, the better we can handle what comes our way.
