Join us for a Sunday with Spirals. Colleen has developed a 4 hour workshop with attunements to 11 seashell spiral energies (Seashell Reiki) focused on empowering you. You will receive the introduction class required to take all additional classes plus a condensed version of the Empowerment class. All designed with you in mind to support you to deal with the stress in your life in a healthy way while building more confidence and balance.
You will learn about the spiral energies of 11 shells, what they offer and assist you with, and be attuned/activated to their energies. Activation to seashell spiral energies is like being attuned to Reiki energy. Colleen will spend time with each participant individually to activate 11 spiral energies within you. You will also learn how to use these energies in your daily life for continued support and empowerment. Colleen channels and activates with the pure intention of gentleness and mercy.
